Education Level	:	Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 5 years
Professional Skill Required	:	Communication Analytical Financial Reporting Interpersonal Skills

Chartered Account Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience of strategic planning and management of finance/account
Strong ability to use one’s own initiative and to make decisions at his/her level
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in IT skills (specially accounting software and MS Word, Excel)
Ability to show positive work attitude within an organization with high work ethics

Plan, develop, implement and review all necessary financial management and accounting policy, procedures, rules and regulations
Manage financial reporting which includes, termly (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly) statements, budgeting and forecasting in compliance with NSA and college rules, regulations and procedures
Overall management of the department and its staffs
Develop a cordial relationship with internal and external stakeholders (University, Banks, Govt. Offices, Auditors, Business Partners, Vendors, Management Team and staff members etc.)
Collaborate with college management to prepare long term (5 years) strategic plan for business growth with risk and opportunity
Manage financial risk and maintain healthy work ethics in the department
