Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Partnerships to spearhead our partnership initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our network of partners and driving the adoption of our services through strategic collaborations. If you have a passion for building relationships, a deep understanding of the education and financial services sectors, and a knack for creating win-win partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our reach and impact.
• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, education consultancies, travel agents, and other relevant organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with overall business goals and ensure seamless integration of services.
• Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong network of contacts within colleges, universities, education consultancies, and travel agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or related roles, within the education or financial services sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
