Job Description

The Dining Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall dining experience, ensuring high- quality service, hygiene, and operational efficiency. They will supervise staff, coordinate with the kitchen team, and maintain five-star service standards to provide an excellent dining atmosphere for students, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup in the dining area.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for timely meal service.
  • Ensure students, staff, and guests receive high-quality dining experiences.
  • Handle any concerns related to food service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of dining essentials.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
  • Train and mentor dining staff to maintain five-star service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a 5-star hotel as a dining supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
  • Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
