Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Digital Support. In this role, you will work closely with our digital marketing media team to assist in various aspects of media planning, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about digital media, highly organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop media plans and strategies.

Conduct research on target audience demographics, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Assist in identifying key media channels and platforms for advertising campaigns.

Assist in monitoring campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team.

Assist in analyzing data trends to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on performance analysis.

Requirement:

Minimum of high school diploma or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
