Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Payment Assistant to manage transactions through Fonepay, mobile banking, and other digital payment platforms. You will coordinate with related parties, verify passbook entries, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely settlement of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer payments via Fonepay and mobile banking.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve payment issues.
Check and verify Fonepay passbook entries for accuracy.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment data.
Manage and process Fonepay settlements promptly and accurately.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Completed +2 education; freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of digital payment platforms like Fonepay and mobile banking.
Good communication skills to coordinate with customers and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer use and data entry.
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
