Job Description

Digital Media Strategist will be responsible to create, design, plan and monitor the digital campaigns for various clients under the agency. He/She should have at least 5 years of full time experience in digital planning / strategy.     

Responsibilities: 

  • Create a holistic digital media strategy taking into consideration the complete digital eco-system of Nepal and the analytical data from various internal and external sources
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Use promoters and influencers to drive unique content per campaign or service for high awareness and engagement
  • Create and execute contextual marketing campaigns
  • Work to improve the organic and paid reach in various platforms, be it through creating or following trends, through SEO or SEM for website contents, or other strategy
  • Create and increase customer conversation in all relevant digital media and OTT platforms and lead to positive brand sentiment
  • Continuously provide insights of the digital landscapes of Nepal, new trends and opportunities around the world to capitalize for the brand
  • Media and market monitoring, including competitor and big advertisers, on daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, as applicable
  • Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Prepare and present Media Strategy/Plan presentation to the clients with up to date presentation software, database, graphics, rationale and justification of the plan/strategy
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
  • Keep up-to-date with audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives 
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution 
  • Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays 
  • Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
