Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines social media management, digital marketing, and administrative responsibilities to support our company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and create content for company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Execute social media campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and create performance reports
  • Engage with audience across different platforms

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Review and analyze social media performance metrics
  • Create comprehensive reports on marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on key performance indicators
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Administrative & Data Management:

  • Perform systematic data entry and maintenance
  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Support tech team with administrative requirements

Technical Support:

  • Assist tech team with basic administrative needs
  • Help coordinate between marketing and technical teams
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
