Executive Search Unit of Merojob is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and hands-on experience in applying these techniques in real-world scenarios. As a trainer, s/he will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and practical training sessions that equip trainees with the skills needed to excel in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop curriculum and resources documents for digital marketing courses.
Deliver high-quality training sessions on topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Provide practical, hands-on training with real-world applications.
Assess and evaluate learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Prior experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, Social Media platforms, and Email Marketing software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
