Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns and strategies for our clients, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Development:
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create integrated marketing plans that include SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
- Perform competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Analyze performance data to continuously optimize campaigns.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Client Communication for Strategy:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Present campaign performance reports and insights to clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, technical, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Share insights and collaborate on new ideas to improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy development and campaign management, with a strong focus on Meta Ads campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Previously planned successful strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
