Our campaigns span globally, serving clients from the UK, Canada, Dubai, Nepal, and the US. This offers unparalleled exposure and the opportunity to work on international digital marketing strategies and platforms.

Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. With a focus on paid channels such as Google, Meta, preferably LinkedIn, and TikTok, too, the role is central to driving brand awareness, increasing traffic, and generating leads that convert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Analyse daily performance of ads and optimise campaigns based on data.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Run A/B tests and optimise ad creatives and copies for conversion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align messaging and design with digital strategies.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Support the development of new strategies to improve overall marketing performance.
