About The Role

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.

This role is responsible for growing our subscribers to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in HubSpot CRM. This person should have a full understanding of digital marketing and how to run and execute ad accounts (meta, google etc) while also reporting on them.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media ( Meta Ads ), email marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and SEO.

Content Creation: Craft engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand messaging.

Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and fostering community engagement.

Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to optimize performance and achieve target KPIs.

Data Analysis: Gather data from our website and marketing campaigns (traffic, conversions, etc.) and translate insights into actionable strategies.

CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM (or another effective system) to track interactions, manage leads, and measure campaign performance.

Landing Page Creation: Design and build high-converting landing pages that integrate seamlessly with our sales systems.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with a small team (3-4 people) to achieve marketing goals.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, Hubspot administration, and Facebook marketing

Proficient with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and campaign management.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.

Experience Managing Creative Team

Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics , Excel to derive insights and drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

Certification in HubSpot

Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design principles.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
