Job Description:

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence and drive growth. If you're passionate about digital marketing, love creating engaging content, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Create compelling blog posts and social media content, focusing on trend and ambush marketing
Craft emotionally resonant, short-form traditional ads targeting specific demographics
Implement and optimize SEO strategies
Analyze and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, with a focus on word-of-mouth strategies
Collaborate with sales, business, and product development teams
Recommend and implement effective marketing tools and platforms
Deliver impactful results within a 3-month timeframe

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment
Strong content creation skills across various formats (written, visual, video)
Proficiency in social media marketing and analytics
Knowledge of SEO best practices and trends
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
