Job Description

  • Day-to-day management of customer relationship management including promotional emails, campaign set up, drip and nurture programs, landing pages, forms, lists and integrations in the sales/marketing cloud.
  • Optimize our online touchpoints, including landing pages, to drive conversion.
  • Research and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales and boost profitability
  • Maintain and update existing landing pages in WordPress CMS.
  • Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
  • Oversees all company social media accounts management.
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with product features, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Write blogs and conceptualize contents for website and social media.
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
  • Manage the technical setup for webinars using teams or other webcast tools.
  • Provide monthly metrics reports and insights and be able to pull and analyze marketing data on demand.
  • Use analytics to identify weaknesses and make recommendations on how to improve across channels.
