Job Description

Day-to-day management of customer relationship management including promotional emails, campaign set up, drip and nurture programs, landing pages, forms, lists and integrations in the sales/marketing cloud.
Optimize our online touchpoints, including landing pages, to drive conversion.
Research and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales and boost profitability
Maintain and update existing landing pages in WordPress CMS.
Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
Oversees all company social media accounts management.
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with product features, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
Write blogs and conceptualize contents for website and social media.
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
Manage the technical setup for webinars using teams or other webcast tools.
Provide monthly metrics reports and insights and be able to pull and analyze marketing data on demand.
Use analytics to identify weaknesses and make recommendations on how to improve across channels.
