Company Description

Tara Air is one of the biggest stol airline service provider in the Nepalese mountains with a focus on developing rural Nepal. The company operates a fleet of three STOL aircraft, comprising Twin Otters (DHC 6/300 & 400), offering scheduled and charter flights to almost all airports in the country.

Role Description

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
Create engaging content for social media, website, and other digital channels.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
Create and maintain a digital content calendar.
Manage online reputation and address customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.
