The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends, with a focus on delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills to effectively manage and grow online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, display ads, email marketing, social media) to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales conversions.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and on-page/off-page elements to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user experience.
- Advertising: Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads and sales. Monitor and optimize ad performance.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop, schedule, and monitor social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to engage audiences, build community, and promote brand messaging.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage blog posts, website copy, newsletters, and social media posts to attract and retain customers.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key digital marketing metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and ensure consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance campaigns and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and promotions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Some years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proven experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and website CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
