Job Description

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand engagement, improve customer retention, and build powerful digital campaigns across social and paid platforms. This role combines digital marketing strategy, video/content creation, and advertising expertise to strengthen our brand presence and keep our customers loyal and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute online campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and local ad networks.
Manage and grow our social media presence with regular, engaging posts.
Collaborate with designers and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and promotional alignment.
Create and edit promotional videos, customer testimonials, and educational content for social media and YouTube.
Write compelling content for posts, ads, email newsletters, blogs, and landing pages.
Repurpose content into short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and infographics for maximum reach.
Develop targeted email/SMS campaigns to retain existing users and upsell services.
Monitor churn and proactively engage with at-risk customers through digital touchpoints.
Run loyalty and referral campaigns to improve retention and word-of-mouth growth.
