Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand engagement, improve customer retention, and build powerful digital campaigns across social and paid platforms. This role combines digital marketing strategy, video/content creation, and advertising expertise to strengthen our brand presence and keep our customers loyal and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and local ad networks.
• Manage and grow our social media presence with regular, engaging posts.
• Collaborate with designers and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and promotional alignment.
• Create and edit promotional videos, customer testimonials, and educational content for social media and YouTube.
• Write compelling content for posts, ads, email newsletters, blogs, and landing pages.
• Repurpose content into short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and infographics for maximum reach.
• Develop targeted email/SMS campaigns to retain existing users and upsell services.
• Monitor churn and proactively engage with at-risk customers through digital touchpoints.
• Run loyalty and referral campaigns to improve retention and word-of-mouth growth.
