Emigrate Consultants is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and grow our online advertising campaigns.

The primary focus of this position is paid digital marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads. The successful candidate must be able to plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns that generate genuine enquiries, consultation bookings and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Plan and manage Google Search, Display and remarketing campaigns
Conduct audience, competitor and keyword research
Develop campaign strategies, advertising funnels and targeting structures
Prepare advertising copy, headlines, creative briefs and campaign offers
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and remarketing audiences
Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversion rates and return on advertising spend
Optimise campaigns based on cost per lead, lead quality and consultation bookings
Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, audiences, landing pages and creatives
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with website, content and design team members
Develop social media content calendars and promotional campaigns
Improve online visibility, engagement and lead generation
Ensure advertising complies with platform policies and professional-services standards
Recommend new marketing opportunities based on campaign data

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of paid campaign strategy and optimisation
Experience generating leads for service-based businesses
Ability to interpret advertising data and make performance-based decisions
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and Google Ads
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Ability to prepare clear campaign reports
Good understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels and remarketing
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for campaign performance

Highly Desirable

Experience marketing legal, migration, education or professional services
Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube advertising
Graphic design or short-form video editing experience
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe software
Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation
Knowledge of the Australian or international services market

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Generate qualified enquiries rather than focusing only on reach or engagement
Monitor and reduce the cost per qualified lead
Improve consultation bookings and campaign conversion rates
Track the source and quality of leads
Provide practical recommendations based on campaign results
