Job Description

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Banasthali, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital strategies, excellent technical know-how, and the ability to drive brand growth across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor content across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, email, and paid advertising channels.
  • Optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to enhance online presence and drive traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Oversee and analyze performance of digital ads on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Design and execute branding and promotional strategies across digital media.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
