Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to lead and execute our digital strategy across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing all social media platforms, running digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing brand visibility and engagement. If you are creative, data-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
Manage and grow all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.)
Create and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) tailored to each platform and audience.
Run and monitor paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build community.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, content writers, and influencers to execute marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies and manage email marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on current marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proven experience in handling all major social media platforms and running ads.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, ad targeting, analytics, and KPIs.
Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
Basic graphic designing/video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with influencer marketing or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
