What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media) for maximum ROI.
• Lead SEO efforts (on-page, technical, link building) to boost organic rankings and traffic.
• Grow and engage our social media presence.
• Analyze performance data (Google Analytics) to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product and design to align marketing initiatives.
• Identify and experiment with new digital channels.

 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools).
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Understanding of the Nepalese digital landscape.
• Experience with custom-built web platforms is a plus.
