Felt and Yarn Pvt. Ltd., a leading Nepalese company selling handmade products, seeks a creative and results-driven candidate to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong content creation skills in writing and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter. 
• Run and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns ( Facebook Ads and email) 
• Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Create and design engaging content for social media, blogs and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (social media, content, photography) to optimize landing pages and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize for better results.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in social media marketing.
• Strong writing skills with experience creating SEO-friendly blogs and content.
• Experience in planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
• Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
• Proficient in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights).
• Proficient in Canva (Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
