Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Social media management: Creating and scheduling posts for various social media platforms, monitoring engagement and metrics, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth.
Email marketing: Creating and sending newsletters and promotional emails, managing email lists, and analysing data to optimize email campaigns.
Content creation: Assisting with creating blog posts, website copy, videos, graphics, and other content to support the overall digital marketing strategy.
SEO: Conducting keyword research, analyzing website traffic and engagement metrics, optimizing website content, and working with the team to improve search engine rankings.
Paid advertising: Assisting with creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring metrics, and optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
Analytics: Tracking and analyzing website traffic, social media metrics, email metrics, and other relevant data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform the digital marketing strategy.
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies: A Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that will help the organization achieve its business goals. This includes creating digital marketing plans, identifying target audiences, and choosing the most effective channels to reach them.
Managing the organization's website and social media platforms: A Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for managing the organization's website and social media platforms. This includes creating and updating website content, optimizing the website for search engines, and posting regular updates on social media platforms.
Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns: A Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to promote the organization's products or services. This includes creating email content, managing email lists, and tracking email campaign performance.
Analyzing digital marketing data: A Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for analyzing digital marketing data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This includes monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, email open and click-through rates, and other key performance indicators.
Collaborating with other departments: A Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for collaborating with other departments within the organization, such as sales and product development, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
Managing digital marketing budgets: A Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.
