We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the digital marketing space.
• Highly organized and must be able to use PM tools such as Trello.
• Must have experience in Google Adwords, Facebook Organic and Paid, SEO, Email
• Marketing and Graphic Designing skills.
• Mandatory Tools: Must be excellent in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• 65% of this role requires marketing experience and 35% designing skills.

• Planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives across channels, including paid search and paid social.
• Optimizing ad copy, designing ad creative, and landing pages to improve conversion
• rates and lead quality
• Managing and monitoring campaign budgets, keyword bids, and overall account
• performance
• Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Researching and analyzing competitor advertising campaigns and strategies
• Developing and maintaining marketing automation flows for lead generation.
• Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and insights for maximum ROI
• Reporting on digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights/recommendations
• Manage Market Places such as eBay, Amazon, Bunnings, and other stores.

• Strong skills in Google Ads to deliver outstanding results across paid search
• Strong skills in paid social media channels (Facebook Ads)
• Ability to optimize, manage, and report across keywords, ads, creatives, landing pages, and campaigns
• Ability to set up tracking, tagging, and pixel implementation
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Understanding of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Designing Skills: Must be good at designing marketing materials such as Banners,
• Brochures, Ads, and others as required.

• Must have a reliable Internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps speed.
• Have the ability to work from home without distraction.
