Saathimart aims to delivery goods to consumer doorsteps within 12 hours of order confirmation all over nepal.

The journey started 11 years ago in 2009 from a manufacturing company. After gaining experience for more than 10 years in distributorship, retail and wholesale market in Nepal, we came up with an idea of Saathimart; a retail and online business idea. The company that would enable small as well big entrepreneurs to extend their scope by offering an online platform, enabling young and experienced entrepreneurs through affiliate marketing to earn in Nepal.

Job Description

  • Manage the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels.
  1. Online: Social Media, Youtube, digital partnerships, onsite
  2. Offline: TV, OOH, print, radio, event sponsorship, partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, purchase and operations teams to help devise, plan and implement successful and relevant marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize these campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize acquisitions while considering LTV/CAC.
  • Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management teams.
  • Strengthen brand equity and positioning by identifying business development efforts and corporate partnership opportunities
  • Full ownership of Marketing P&L and budget
  • Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
