Job Description

We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. The role requires you to engage with customers digitally on a daily basis through our platforms, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and aiming for a strong online prominence. The role will involve the development and execution of digital content, promotions, engagement strategy, influencer marketing and blogs. 

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management with and interested in skincare, wellness and lifestyle.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer touchpoints including our website, digital media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok), etc.
  • Interact and communicate with customers online and offline with regard to queries, recommendations, complaints
  • Support and lead content generation through writing, aiding in photo/video/text,  presentation and communication skills
  • Develop new content/ideas to engage with the relevant online communities
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
  • Look out for PR activities, events and actively participate in relevant ones
  • Improve user experience by improvising on order placing process, website presentation, categories, banners etc. 
  • Generate consumer engagement through blog posts on a regular basis on subjects of skincare, health and wellness
  • Evaluate important metrics and prepare accurate reports on the performance of our marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user engagement

Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for the brand that is consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Plan and create promotional content for paid social media marketing and digital media campaigns on a monthly basis. Also, work on creating promotions based on special cultural/festive days.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to understand new items launch, promotional menus etc.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign in tangible form. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends in skincare and wellness locally and globally. 

Influencer Marketing

  • Create influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand story
  • Collaborating with popular digital advocates on a regular basis
  • Managing database and market research for identifying new influencers

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing is preferred but not required
  • 1-4 Years experience in marketing with some design and branding skills would be ideal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Editing, self-motivated, strong leadership skills
  • Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented, strong attention to detail
  • SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Social Media, Microsoft Office, Tik Tok
