Education Asia is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Media Manager to lead and oversee our digital marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and content activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, GEO, social media management, campaign planning, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Education Asia’s business and marketing objectives.
Manage and oversee Education Asia’s social media platforms and overall digital presence.
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
Develop creative concepts, content strategies, campaign ideas, and promotional plans.
Write scripts and creative briefs for promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and other digital content.
Design or oversee the development of social media creatives, promotional materials, and digital assets.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee video shoots, including concept development, scripting, execution, editing, and finalization.
Manage Meta Ads Manager and develop, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage Google Ads Manager/Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, monitoring, and optimization.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and coordinate technical SEO requirements where necessary.
Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve Education Asia’s visibility across AI-powered search and generative platforms.
Monitor search engine and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve organic and paid visibility.
Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and other key digital marketing metrics.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, videographers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, SEO, GEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and AI-powered search.
Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, online visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager/Meta Business Suite.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads Manager/Google Ads campaigns.
Practical knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and website performance.
Understanding or practical experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) will be highly valued.
Strong content writing and script-writing skills.
Good understanding of social media design and visual content requirements.
Experience in coordinating or managing video production and content shoots.
Strong understanding of current social media and digital marketing trends.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging and relevant campaign ideas.
Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and project-management skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and use insights to optimize digital marketing performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of Education Asia’s digital presence—from strategy, content creation, and social media management to Meta and Google advertising, SEO, GEO, video production, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to turn ideas into effective digital campaigns and measurable outcomes.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise
