Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Utilize various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

2. Campaign Management:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

3. Content Strategy:

Develop content strategy and oversee the creation of high-quality content for the website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.

4. Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and handle customer queries in a timely manner.

5. SEO and SEM:

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Use web analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Work Environment:

This position is based in RV Group, Naxal, Kathmandu, Nepal.
The role may require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and training.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
Experience in the real estate and hospitality industry (preferred).

Skills and Competencies:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term digital marketing strategies.
Creativity: Ability to create engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed decisions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of web development and content management systems (CMS).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
