Job Description

Newmew Is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates while optimizing overall digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business goals.
  • SEO & SEM: Lead the development of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Manage PPC and SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), optimizing ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Develop engaging content and manage social media communities to enhance engagement and grow followers.
  • Content Development & Marketing: Work with the content team to produce blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other digital assets. Use content to drive lead generation, improve SEO, and support overall brand messaging.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers, nurture leads, and drive sales.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently across channels and campaigns to achieve optimal results. Ensure effective utilization of the marketing budget while maximizing returns.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, and Design) to ensure the alignment of digital marketing strategies with business objectives. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and contractors when needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on campaign management, SEO/SEM, and social media.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
Creative Skills: Ability to develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
