Job Description

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

3. Content Strategy:

  • Develop content strategy and oversee the creation of high-quality content for the website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.

4. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and handle customer queries in a timely manner.

5. SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use web analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in RV Group, Naxal, Kathmandu, Nepal.
  • The role may require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and training.
