Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your role will involve identifying new digital marketing trends and ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of industry developments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online traffic to our website and generate quality leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize landing pages and user funnels.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor site traffic and user engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing developments and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor digital marketing team members.
  • Budget management and allocation across various digital marketing channels.
  • Continuously improve our digital marketing efforts through testing and experimentation. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience working in [Digital Marketing Company].
