Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us plan,create, execute and manage effective digital marketing plans and strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, web etc.
Catering new clients by leveraging the industry experience of digital marketing.
Implementing updated digital marketing trends, best practices and technologies.
Creating and managing digital marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Communicate and collaborate with an internal team of content writers, designers, and developers to assist the team to prepare engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines.
Planning and managing channel specific activities across Facebook,Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and similar channels
Managing content; optimizing SEO; ensuring content is up to date; has a consistent tone of voice; measure performance of content.
Facebook advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and modifying ad groups to optimize performance.
Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results.
To coordinate the printing and production of brochure, leaflets, marketing materials and some merchandise, including writing, editorial and proofing.
To implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
Monitor, report and analyzes results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate

At least 2 years of working experience with reputed clients
Experience in creating, managing and measuring digital marketing campaigns
A bachelor's degree in IT, management, marketing, communication, or a related field
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools
A high level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate new and effective ideas for digital marketing campaigns
A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and optimize the results of digital marketing activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients
A team player attitude, with the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
