About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Create and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and ensure KPIs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Develop, manage, and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across all digital channels.
Manage and oversee the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Track and analyze ad performance and provide regular internal reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Train and mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Expert or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices.
Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, and/or Facebook Blueprint.
Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
