  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Call Center experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have good problem-solving skills
  • Able to promptly action on Issues
  • Great attitude and good communication skills
  • Good in Nepali and English verbal/written communication
  • Should be able to manage data on MS Excel Sheets

Job Description

  • Manage the Leads generated by Digital Media
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Maintaining database of existing clients, dealers and potential clients
  • Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Assist Digital customers with any questions or issues that arise via phone and email
  • Replies to the social media posts and messages on Facebook and Instagram
