The ideal candidate is to serve as the lead digital marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts, including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations, in line with our objectives. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Vision and Brand Strategy.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Study brand coverage and industry trends and develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the customer profile and needs.
• Develop thorough plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales, and retention through a coherent Aggregator Strategy with the local growth team.
• Oversee digital ratings, reviews, and customer feedback and synthesize learnings daily to share with key stakeholders.
• Develop a coherent marketing strategy and execution for online, offline, and within aggregators to support flavor storytelling, product launches, and campaign executions/activations.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional finance, operations, supply chain, and technology teams to translate strategic ideas into action - including menu innovations, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities on online platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Provide direction to designers, writers, content providers, and technical professionals, both on staff and freelancers.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• 3+ years in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
