• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Design logos, banners, flyer, mascots, videos and other design materials as per the requirement of the company and clients
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Prepare and analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details with natural curiosity and desire to learn and build  
• Ability to work in a team methodically, meet deadlines, perform well in a fast-paced environment
