Reports To: Senior Officer- Digital Marketing and Business Development

Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Executive will work in assisting, planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities for all LCCI GQ’s programmes (Hospitality Qualifications, Computing &IT, CambridgeEnglish, Early Genius, Trainings, etc.), managing social media presence, engaging with audiences, andsupporting the business development team with video editing and campaign content. This role ensuresthat LCCI GQ’s online presence is visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Design

Create engaging designs for all LCCI GQ programmes and initiatives, including brochures, social media creatives, posters, and event materials.
Assist in editing and producing short videos for marketing campaigns and social media content.
Ensure all content aligns with LCCI GQ’s branding guidelines.

2. Social Media Management

Post content regularly on all LCCI GQ’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly and professionally.
Monitor social media engagement and share insights with the supervisor.

3. Website & Digital Operations

Update website content and maintain accuracy under direction.
Support SEO efforts by optimizing content and tracking performance.

4. Campaign Execution & Paid Ads Support

Help implement online campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns) under supervision.
Monitor performance, track ROI, and provide updates.
Assist in coordinating with external vendors or agencies for campaign execution.
Assist the supervisor in creating high-quality campaign content.
Provide creative input for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate with other teams for timely content delivery.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Track performance of social media posts, campaigns, and engagement metrics.
Provide weekly updates on content performance and audience interactions.

6. Administrative & Reporting Support

Maintain organized records of digital campaigns, content assets, and performance reports.
Prepare reports and presentations for campaigns, social media, and website performance.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior Officers.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content design.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or similar).
Good understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and basic analytics.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
Good communication skills and ability to respond to audiences professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in educational institutions or professional development organizations.
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
Familiarity with trends in digital education marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Complete assigned tasks and digital campaigns within agreed timelines, incorporating feedbackand revisions promptly as guided by the supervisor.
Produce graphics, videos, and digital content that consistently follow brand guidelines andquality standards, requiring minimal revisions.
Contribute to steady improvement in social media engagement through regular posting, creativecontent, and timely responses under supervision.
Support initiatives that lead to continuous improvement in website visibility and traffic as guidedby the senior team.
Prepare and submit campaign performance reports that are accurate, well-organized, andsubmitted within the agreed reporting timelines.
