Division: E-Spot AI

E-Spot AI, the AI-focused digital and creative technology division of E-Spot Nepal, is an AI-first Digital, Creative & Training Brand delivering websites, mobile applications, AI videos, digital marketing services, and professional skill development programs.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who can both deliver digital marketing services and train students, interns, and junior staff using modern, AI-assisted marketing workflows. AI tools, structured training materials, SOPs, and real project exposure will be provided.

Major Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Service Delivery (Core Responsibility)

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search / Display / YouTube – as required)
Manage campaign structure, budgets, creatives, targeting, and optimization
Execute lead generation campaigns for business services and training programs
Test creatives, audiences, and ad formats to improve ROI and conversions

Social Media & Content Execution

Manage and monitor social media platforms such as:
- Facebook,
- Instagram,
- TikTok,
- YouTube,
- LinkedIn (as required)
Schedule and publish organic and paid content
Work with AI-generated images and videos for ads, reels, and posts
Coordinate with creative and AI teams to maintain brand tone and visual consistency

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

Use AI tools for:
- Ad copy ideas,
- Visual concepts,
- Content planning,
- Campaign optimization support
Translate business and training objectives into AI-assisted marketing campaigns
Follow E-Spot AI’s internal AI marketing SOPs and workflows
Reduce manual effort through AI-supported automation wherever applicable

Lead Management, Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and manage qualified leads from campaigns
Understand customer journeys, funnels, and conversions
Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Use data insights to recommend optimization and scaling decisions

Training, Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing (Trainer Role)

Train interns, trainees, and junior staff on:
- Digital marketing fundamentals
- Ads management basics
- AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows
Explain campaign logic, strategy, and execution in a simple and structured way
Support internal workshops, training sessions, and practical demonstrations
Help build a disciplined, process-driven digital marketing team

Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with:
- Creative & AI teams
- IT & platform teams
- Business development teams
- Training & program teams
- Ensure marketing activities align with business goals and timelines

Career Path: Digital Marketing Executive → Performance Marketer → Digital Marketing Trainer / Growth Lead → AI Marketing Strategist

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following is preferred:
- Digital Marketing
- BBA / Marketing / Management
- IT or related fields with strong marketing interest

Technical & Marketing Fundamentals

Basic understanding of:

Social media platforms and digital advertising concepts
Leads, conversions, and marketing objectives
Ad creatives, basic copywriting, and audience targeting
Willingness to work with AI-based marketing tools and platforms

Language Requirements

English: Good reading and writing skills (for ads, reports, and AI tools)
Nepali: Strong spoken and written communication skills (mandatory for training and coordination)

Personal Qualities

Results-driven mindset
Interest in teaching, mentoring, and guiding others
Structured and logical thinking
Ability to follow SOPs and performance frameworks
Willingness to continuously learn AI-powered marketing techniques

Experience

Prior experience in digital marketing or online advertising is preferred
Experience in handling campaigns or leads is an advantage
Motivated freshers with strong fundamentals and teaching interest are encouraged to apply
