Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 plus years of experience in a similar role (digital marketing or a related).
Proven experience with SEO, content marketing, social media management and graphic designing (preferably in tourism and hospitality).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CANVA.
Experience in image editing, video editing and branding skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for creating persuasive and engaging content.
Quick to adapt to new trends and changes in digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of color grading, transitions, and motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
Ability to work independently and as part a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
A valid 2-wheeler driving license is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as have a sharp eye for brand alignment. He/she will have a creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills, social media knowledge, and expertise to effectively manage and grow an online presence.

Job Description

Conceptualize and design promotional materials, including brochures, maps, bookmarks, menu, banner, logo design, signages and photo greeting cards.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) and others to engage audiences, build community, and promote brand messaging.
Oversee the production process, ensuring all materials meet high-quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain professional relationships to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
Create visual content for social media, websites and presentations (Need to work closely with the CEO).
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
Write clear and compelling captions, create engaging posts, stories, articles and other contents to attract and retain audiences and generate leads and sales.

Collaborate with the communication team to ensure design projects align with overall marketing strategies and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions to create inspirational itineraries & bring creative ideas to life.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance campaigns and performance.
Manage and organize raw footage, project files of all design projects and final exports.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner.
Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality designs and videos.
