Job Description

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising, to achieve lead generation and engagement goals.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) with engaging content to enhance brand awareness and customer/student engagement.
  • Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to align with organizational goals.

3. Content Creation and Management

  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content, including blogs, videos, images, and product descriptions, tailored to the target audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

4. Lead Generation and Recruitment Support

  • Develop targeted digital campaigns to attract and recruit students, ensuring alignment with enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Track and nurture leads through digital channels to maximize conversions.

5. Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking, to build customer loyalty and drive engagement.

6. Market and Competitor Analysis
