Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to handle our digital footprint (a group of 5 companies with a unique blend of differing products). The primary objective of this role is to build a solid digital presence, including all relevant social media pages, featuring in other digital content, and developing regular blog and newsletter content. Along with creating this brand presence digitally, the incumbent will also design and execute marketing and sales campaigns for each of the various companies for their own unique products and target markets. An added bonus is the ability and willingness to meet clients on sales calls after leads have been developed through the digital space.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, with major focus on LinkedIn
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
