Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Regular

Purpose of the Job:

The responsibility of the role holder is to ensure the planning and execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing to generate leads for the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation through online and offline channels.
Utilize Google Ads and Facebook Ads for effective resource management and lead generation.
Create and manage content for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads from raw data.
Use Canva and video editing tools to create engaging marketing materials.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and target high-quality leads.
Build and manage marketing campaigns; promote social media pages.
Produce high-quality email and content writing.
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines.

Qualifications:

MBA/BBA with Marketing Specialization would be preferred.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, Ads.
Creative Writing skills in English and Nepali.
Freshers with creative ideas are also encouraged to apply.

All these activities and experience led to the path of setting up, Probiotech Industries Pvt. Ltd in 2004, the first pellet feed mill in Nepal. It is the first feed industry to receive ISO 9001: 2008 certification. Shakti is the largest selling animal feed brand in Nepal with 25% of the market share. It is the first brand to be certified Nepal Standard (NS-11) and NS Quality Award. Within a short span of its establishment; the company has diversified its business into different sectors like National Polyplast Pvt. Ltd which manufactures poly woven fabrics, ventured in LPG business acquiring Sambriddhi Gas Udhyog and Nepal Gas, the first organized car rental and leasing services in Nepal and travel agency named Avalon Travel & Tour to provide a complete travel services. Today, combined, we are approx. NRs 6.00 Billion business with more than 800 employees a sales team of 60 with 104 depots, 120 dealers, and 500 sub-dealers across the country. We reach out to 25000+ farmers in 65 districts of Nepal.
