Location: Kalopul, Kathmandu Office

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and

manage our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven

track record of driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, and generating

leads through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.

Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies.

Produce regular reports to track campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
