Job Summary: The Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote GDC and its educational programs. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic planning to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, sales experience, and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Experience in the education and training sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing digital content and marketing materials.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure GDC remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Assist in the development and management of the digital marketing budget.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive student enrolment and retention.
  • Utilize sales experience to identify new opportunities and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the education and training sector is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  •  Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads is a plus.
