Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages
Design materials using paper sketches and digital illustration software
Analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the times
Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process
Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept with good understanding of advertising campaigns
Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing officers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
Approve all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
Generate ideas and make important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
Maintain the department's budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective
Work closely with other department’s mangers and officers to establish marketing budgets and marketing objectives
Other works as assigned

Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position with good knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
Creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas
Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic
Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members
Mindful of client’s needs and the time and costs associated with what you will be delivering
Have an active interest in art/design and passionate about the work you deliver
Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and designing
