Job Summary 

The candidate is responsible for researching the land records to determine ownership, prepare necessary reports and locate the landowners. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to Process Simple, Medium and High complexity tasks. 
• Ability to understand the explicit and implicit need of the client and deliver to meet / exceed the expectations consistently. 
• Ability to read the English Documents. 
• Examine, review and analyze the legal documents. 

Technical Skills:  

• Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power-point). 
• Should know basics of Computer. 
• Should be Proficient in chess. 
• Should enjoy puzzle solving. 
• Should enjoy studying in library. 

Educational Qualification and Experience: 

• Diploma/Graduate (any Subject)  
• Required Time Commitment 
• The candidate is expected to give 10 hours/per day.
