One Way Technology is a young IT and digital services company in Lalitpur. We build websites, digital presence and AI chatbots for small and growing businesses, mainly clients in Brazil and other international markets. Our promise to clients is simple: clear results, honest communication, no overpromising. Our motto is "Move Forward."

About the role

This is a hybrid role: half storyteller, half salesperson. You will grow our name online and turn the attention into paying clients.

You will run our social media from plan to post, find and qualify business owners who need our services, and book them in for a call with our founder. You will work from a ready-made brand voice guide, content plan and script bank, so you start with a clear direction, not a blank page.

We are a small team. You will see your own impact directly on the leads and clients we win.

Key responsibilities

Social media & brand (about 50% of the role)

Run our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok pages, following our content calendar (3 planned posts and 2 light stories per week).
Plan, write, film and edit short videos, carousels and posts using our brand voice guide and script bank.
Plan and run campaigns and offers through the year, such as founding-client offers and seasonal promotions.
Set up, run and optimise paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn and Google when we activate them, within an agreed budget.
Turn finished client projects into content: before-and-after screenshots, short case studies and video testimonials.
Reply to comments and messages quickly and politely, and move real enquiries into the sales process.

Lead generation & online sales (about 40% of the role)

Find potential clients online: small and growing business owners who need a website, a stronger digital presence or a chatbot.
Reach out through LinkedIn, Instagram, email and WhatsApp Business, with personal messages, not copy-paste spam.
Qualify each lead: what they need, their budget, their timeline, and who makes the decision.
Book qualified leads into discovery calls with the founder, and follow up until each lead is won or closed.
Explain our three service packages clearly and help prepare simple proposals.
Keep our lead database (CRM) up to date, so no enquiry is lost or forgotten.
Host or join online webinars, live sessions and local tech or business events that bring in leads.

Teamwork & reporting (about 10% of the role)

Work with our designers and developers to collect project visuals and client feedback.
Share a short weekly update and a monthly report on leads, conversions, campaign results and audience growth.
Bring ideas from what you see in the market: competitors, trends and new tools worth trying.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

Month 1: You know our services, brand voice and packages well. You post on schedule every week without reminders.
Month 2: You run a steady outreach routine and the lead database is complete and current. Every enquiry gets a reply within the same business day.
Month 3: You book discovery calls with qualified leads every week, and your monthly report shows which content and channels bring real leads.

What we're looking for

Must have

1–3 years in social media, digital marketing, online sales or business development (strong freelance or internship work counts).
A portfolio or links to social pages, posts or videos you created yourself.
Strong written and spoken English, polite and professional with clients.
Hands-on with Canva or similar tools, and able to shoot and edit short videos on a phone (CapCut or similar).
Comfortable starting conversations with strangers and following up without being pushy.
Organised: you keep records, meet deadlines and report honestly on results, good or bad.
Based in or able to commute daily to Lalitpur.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication or related field (completed or final year).

Nice to have

Be able to use translating tools, as most of our clients are in Brazil.
Experience running Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads with measurable results.
Experience selling services to businesses (B2B), especially websites, software or marketing.
Familiarity with a CRM, AI writing tools, or basic SEO.
Interest in technology, websites and AI.
