Job Description

Develop, produce, and manage engaging digital content, including videos, podcasts, reels, and other multimedia formats for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create visually appealing and brand-aligned content for campaigns and regular brand promotion.
Collaborate with the branding and marketing teams to ensure the content aligns with the brand’s voice, vision, and goals.
Craft compelling narratives to effectively communicate the brand’s message across digital platforms.
Monitor trends on social media platforms and incorporate them into content strategies to stay relevant and increase visibility.
Plan, script, shoot high-quality short-form videos and audio/video content for podcasts.
Ensure seamless post-production, including audio engineering, color grading, and visual effects as needed.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, questions, and messages to foster brand loyalty.
Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, impressions, reach, etc.) to improve future content.
Optimize digital assets based on data insights and evolving platform algorithms.
Proactively generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content series, ensuring creativity and freshness in execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging platforms.
