Programme Overview:

Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.  

This comprehensive 15-month programme includes rotations across multiple departments, allowing participants to gain a deep understanding of our business operations and develop essential leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured rotation through various departments, each lasting 5 months.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with department managers to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Engage in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes to build professional skills and industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Support day-to-day operations and help teams achieve their objectives.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Engineering, or related fields, MBA graduates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong academic performance; relevant internships or project experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
