A social marketing organization engaged in Family Planning, Maternal Child Health, Adolescent Reproductive Health and other health products and service intervention in Nepal with a mission to improve the National Health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services is hereby invites application for eligible candidate for the following positions for our anticipated MOMENTUM Private Healthcare Delivery Project (MPHD).

The MPHD Nepal project goal is to refine and scale up a private sector FP approach for Private sector organizations to provide high quality FP services to adolescent and young people in Nepal.

Note: The fulfillment of these positions is subject to the approval of donor funding.

Job Location: Kathmandu

The Deputy Managing Director will have the overall responsibility for the operational activities of Nepal CRS Company. The incumbent shall provide support to the Managing Director for the smooth, effective and efficient operation of the organization and implementation and monitoring of approved annual work plans.

The applicant should possess master’s degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, Pharmacy, or Health/Medical Sciences or Business Administration or General Management or Public Health. The applicant should meet a minimum of 6 years of working experience at senior management level, out of which 3 years should be with leading domestic/international NGO. 

The required skills for this position are; strong project management skills managing complex, multi-faceted project, demonstrated leadership, HR management, supervisory, organizational team building capacity with strong written and spoken language (both Nepali and English) and excellent computer skills, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. The job type is contractual in nature.
